Mixbook has decreased its printing quality and customer service in the last 6 months. My last order was so badly done that I returned it for a refund.
This is unacceptable, it takes such a long time to work on a photography book and, for some of us, those books are used for promotion and the quality of the books is very important. Customer service was atrocious and impolite, I couldn't believe how I was treated when I tried to let them know that I wasn't satisfied with the quality of my books.
I was going to order 100 of them had I been satisfied, I was taking them to a conference where I was speaking about a large documentary project. The last, customer service person hung up on me, I was stunned!
