When I went back to review my book the day after ordering it, I saw something had happened to it on their end, that never showed in my previews. Did a chat with Wyatt, who was hard to understand and difficult to deal with, then he said finally after 15-20 minutes of trying to explain it, he said give me a coupon code- never got it.

Tried calling, was on hold for 10 minutes, then had to leave a message. No call back. Did another chat with Jyan, and after an initital hello, she hasn't come back.

WTH is going on with this company? Last Mixbook I ever order.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $24.

The same thing happened to me. I ordered 2 books and they screwed up the assembly; they arrived with the reversed the covers, so the wrong covers appear on each book.

The rep I was dealing with asked for photos, which I gladly sent, but I have not received any further reply. This was my first and quite possibly last order from Mixbook.

They need to take responsibility for their errors. There are plenty of other photobook companies out there for my next book projects.
